I have this to add somewhere that people can access easily, I see some chat already about the ranking list and those who are thinking about travel arrangements might need to know .where do I post it where the most will see.

Travel: Very important you read this before booking travel arrangements, if you need the Bus pickup from Wellington.
Arrival: Bus transport will be available from the airport, this will be in the form of a 46 seater and will leave NO Later than 4pm from the airport, and therefore last flight into Wellington needs to be 3.30pm, allowing time to collect all bags. Look for Wairarapa members who will be holding signs and will direct you to the bus, Please be as quick as you can collecting luggage.
We will do a pick up from the ferry’s, before travelling to the airport. Bookings will have to be no later than the10.30am-1.40pm arriving Wellington sailing, and if you use the Bluebridge it will need to be the 8-11.20am sailing, unfortunately we have some restrictions on travel due to the time getting through traffic in Wellington and travel over the Rimutaka Hill to Masterton.
Monday Departure: The bus Will leave the accommodation NO LATER THAN 7am..Please allow for at least 2-3hrs travel time, (delays etc.), plus the hour that the airlines want you to arrive prior to flights etc, when making you return bookings.
The cost of this bus trip will be $40.00 return, if not paid with your registration form, must be paid before boarding the bus.
