Today I did three cards 98.4, 98.2 and then the 100.7 the only difference I made was pressing into the cheek plate a little more than normal, so does this mean I should lift my cheek plate a little or just continue to press a little harder?

I have also added up my Shooters Performance Card both Club (3370 35 Cards) and Championship Scores (3471 36 Cards) I now at 6841 71 Cards than means my average is 96.35 so I am getting closer to A Grade! (I am D ATM)

IMO if you press into your cheek plate harder then you'll also be countering that pressure (to a degree) with your right hand and that doesn't seem like the right thing to do.
Relaxed is better. So my thoughts are to adjust the cheek plate.
