I'm no expert, but to me its just making sure when you get down, that your rifle is pointing at your target before you start shooting. You may already do something similar.
I get down, look at my target as I'm getting into my position. Then when i get behind my rifle i don't look thru the sights. Have the eyes closed, breath, etc, then when you feel like you are ready to shoot, look thru your sights to see where your rifle is pointing. Where your rifle is pointing is your natural point of aim (npa), if it's on your target thats good. It often isn't,(more often than not for me) thats when you move your hips or legs, but never your left elbow (right handers)until you are on your target.
You know those times when your shots all seem to go one way or your barrel wants to always wander the same way. Usually it's because thats where your (npa) is.
This works for me anyway. If you already do something similar let me know. Hope it helps in some way.
Cheers Gordon
