Thats a much better pic of you on your avatar. But that flappy hat would still look nice to top off your outfit...

I don't want to rain on your parade, but I think you may find that the white will really show the dirt that you will pick up around the place.
Then, you don't want to look like the new boy for too long, especially if your in A grade next year.

Danny I just been lookin at how you got your sling attached to the forestop over your left hand. By the looks of it, you got things set a bit loose here with the sling attachment too far away from the fore end of the stock. From what I understand from other shooters more experienced than I, the sling attacment needs to be as close to the stock as you can stand. The idea of this is to lock your hand in position and eliminate any movement between the hand and rifle, particularly under recoil. The benifit being that it helps to stabilize the rifle in the shooting position as much as posible by helping to lock the rifle in the upright position. The down side is that if you don't get it right, it bloody hurts and you can end up fighting your postion to get the rifle upright, so you do need to set things right when you get down to shoot.

Thank you for your comments ;-)

And Grumpy you are a clever bastard I had been told that a few times and today I had move it out to be closer to the stock and did the 97.1 and 97.2 (double) and then 98.5 thinking had changed to much in a day I out it back to were it was and tried moving my right arm out 4 mtrs and was laying a lot lower, this was helping however I will move it out again and more my right arm out again and stick with this until I get my position back.

The 98.5 was good the inner were dead on however got the nines to the right still! So need to work on NPA!

Hehe, Ta.
But I not the bloody clever. Contrary to what some might say, I just listen to what others have got to say and file it away for a rainy day and I do try some of these things I hear, sometimes they work and sometimes they don't but you never find out if you don't try Eh.
