You got it, Just 5 days of relaxing, eating, sleeping with a few light activities like bush walking, canoeing and a little fishing to break the monotony, in other words shear hell. Not sure if I can name the company but is a well known fiordland outfit. The great thing about the last trip was that it was all Kiwis doing it (not that I have anything against others), but you do have to watch the waistline.
