Josip, if is windy you must observe the flags and the movement of the vegetation behind the targets . ( often have contrary direction ) Recently in Milano have also built tall buildings near the left side of firing range and probably make a barrier.

Massimo, did you ever been in Croatia? I hope that I will come to Italy this year for the world cup stage in Milan.( if I manage to qulified for it ) I've heard that is very dificult to shot in Milan on windy days, is it ?

No we do not use Fiocchi ammo in competitions and I can not tell what is actual Top Match ammo. We use Eley, RWS, Lapua I think Fiocchi have neglected ,22 rifle ammo. Fiocchi is used for training for those who little shoots.
